Bio
Ali Sewell is a Kiwi-American born in the states, not far from Chicago. His interest in Acting began as a child in theatre and continued as a working actor throughout school. Moving back to New Zealand, his budding film career quickly accelerated landing his breakthrough role as Jock in the highly acclaimed Netflix Original feature film, The Power of the Dog, directed by 2022 academy award winner Dame Jane Campion.
Other screen highlights include Netflix series One of Us is Lying 2, the black comedy feature Bad Behaviour, directed by Alice Englert, and PEARL playing the role of Howard, prior to which he also featured in the movie prequel X as Young Howard.
Ali is also a qualified Intamacy Coordinator.
