Bio

A prolific presence across Aotearoa’s film and theatre industry, Bronwyn’s professional acting career commenced upon her graduation from Toi Whakaari. As at ease on screen as on stage, she appeared in numerous television series, such as Cover Story, Typhoon’s People, Willy Nilly and Skitz. Her theatre credits include Shane Bosher’s Top Girls, Alison Quigan’s A Shortcut to Happiness, and Rachel House’s Medea (lead). Bronwyn will be familiar to New Zealanders through roles on Brotown, Go Girls’ Gwen, Bernadette on Outrageous Fortune, and Miss Love on Mean Mums. She has recently worked on the two major Netflix productions shooting here in Tamaki Makarau, playing Nancie in season one of Sweet Tooth, and Miss Betty on Cowboy Bebop. Bronwyn formerly served as the Head of Drama at UNITEC and is married to iconic comedic actor, Dave Fane.
