Bio
Jacinta Compton is a confident and playful actor based in Auckland. She graduated from Toi Whakaari, New Zealand’s top drama school in 2020.
Her recent screen credits include Suzie in Uproar, alongside Minnie Driver, Rhys Darby, Erana James, and Julian Dennison, and June in Mary Mary by one-to-watch writer/director Ella Gilbert.
Her extensive theatre experience includes: No Time To Dry by Lucy Dawber, The Magic Faraway Tree, The Twits, May Mga Oud Ang Utak Mo, and Merrily We Roll Along.
Jacinta is also a writer/director, and made her debut short film, The Girl, The Lamb & The Man, also starring Lara MacGregor (Bad Behaviour, One of Us is Lying, Clickbait).
