Bio
Samoan-New Zealand actor Joe Folau graduated from leading drama school, Toi Whakaari in 2021. His screen credits include, Billy in feature-film Mysterious Ways written by Harry McNaughton (The Pact, Madam), TV series The Panthers alongside Beulah Koale, Roy Billing, and Chelsie Preston Crayford, and short film Flat Out by Harrison Keefe (Wellington Paranormal, Shortland Street).
His theatre experience is extensive, he played the lead in various productions at drama school: Clean Up on Aisle Three, Romeo & Juliet, Women beware Women, Angels in America, and Book of Samson: A Stupid Parable. In addition to his acting talents, Joe wrote and directed a show he starred in, Dreams for Life, and has advanced proficiency in Samoan.
