GCM actor Dave Fane, most recently seen in Gary of the Pacific and 800 Words, plays Martin Luther King Jnr. in his last hours in The Mountaintop - making it's New Zealand premiere at The Basement Theatre on October 31st.

The play won the award for 'Best New Play' at the 2010 Laurence Olivier Awards - the playwright Katori Hall was the first black woman to win the award.
