Bio
Pamela Sidhu is a New Zealand actor and model of Indian, Dutch, and Italian descent.
Originally trained as a classical and contemporary dancer, she graduated from the New Zealand School of Dance and has performed with Black Grace, the New Zealand Dance Company, and internationally with Disney’s The Lion King (Australia and the Netherlands, 2013–2018).
She later completed a Diploma in Acting at The Actors Program (2020), shifting her focus fully to screen and stage.
Pamela’s screen work includes series regular Misha Prasad on Shortland Street, Greta in GSTV’s Spinal Destination, Karishma in SPP’s The Brokenwood Mysteries, Sergeant Gemma Gracewell in A Remarkable Place to Die, and the upcoming role of Galatea in the Starz Original Spartacus: House of Ashur.
She also appeared in the award-winning web series Sui Generis directed by Roberto Nascimento, and was nominated for Best Oceania Actress at the 2022 Septimius Awards for her work in Isaac Bell’s Space Invaders.
On stage, Pamela has performed in Hyperspace by Albert Belz (Te Pou Theatre / Auckland Theatre Company, 2024) and recently as Jenny in Circa Theatre’s premiere of 2:22 – A Ghost Story, written by Danny Robins and produced by Rollicking Entertainment Ltd.
